How to return a product purchased from Russell W Hawkins Ltd.:
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction. Please return the product in the original packaging, with the original receipt. Any electrical part that has been installed on the car may not be returned. Repair manuals that have had the plastic wrap removed and any part that have pieces missing are not eligible for return. Any special ordered item will be charged a 15% handling charge. Also Freight charges if incurred will be applicable.
All Cores must be returned in the original box with your original receipt and be in rebuild-able condition to receive your core refund.
